L’idea di residenze di lusso, nella mia fantasia è stata da subito quella di immaginarla come capace di esprimere nella sua forma esterna, le caratteristiche di, unicità, eleganza e funzionalità. Così da subito ho voluto evidenziare tutti gli elementi compositivi, ad iniziare dalla imponente scala di collegamento delle residenze dei due piani superiori, che con la sua linea curva, funge da cerniera fra le varie parti della struttura e così anche l’elemento di copertura, reso funzionale, grazie all’ampio tetto giardino di pertinenza delle residenze dell’ultimo piano, che contribuisce ad evidenziare il carattere di funzionalità dell’intera struttura. L’elemento scala è concepito aperto nei lati curvi, che può essere immaginato chiuso con elementi vetrati precari, tali da non essere computati come aumento della superficie utile. La posizione delle scale inoltre è stata concepita in un punto strategico, così da rendere possibile la suddivisione della struttura in due appartamenti per piano.
La suddivisione funzionale dei singoli appartamenti ha seguito le linee guida dettate dalla committenza e sono presenti diverse soluzioni per piano.
